      2 - FAX:  You may fax your order to FAX US AT (323)930-0650..  Please include:
      -   NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER.
      -   STYLE,  COLOR, SIZE AND QUANTITY OF ITEMS YOU WISH TO 
      ORDER.
      -  VISA OR MASTERCARD NUMBER, EXPIRATION DATE, and SECURITY 
      CODE (the
      last 3 numbers on the back of the card).
      -  IF THE BILLING ADDRESS (where you receive your bill for 
      your credit card) IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, WE WILL NEED  
      THAT,AS WELL.
      
      3 - E-MAIL:  If you e-mail your order, we need all of the same 
      information as shown above for faxing an order.  If you like, for extra  
      security, you can break up your credit card
      information into two separate e-mails;  first 8 numbers in one, 
      remaining 8 in a second one with expiration date and security code.
